100% Ethylene Oxide Sterilizers with nitrogen gas capability assures
processing without cycle limitations. Deep or shallow vacuum
cycles are available.
Flexible Chamber Sizes
Flexibility in chamber sizes permits sterilization of 8, 4 and 1
pallet loads. Large or small quantities of products can be
process efficiently.
BIER and R&D Capability
Capability to perform product and packaging studies using either the
Biological Indicator Evaluator Resistometer (BIER) or the 1 pallet
sterilizer.
Unique sterilization processes can be developed and implemented to
suit your specific needs before scale-up. NASP will provide you

without having to sacrifice large quantities of product or sample

Microprocessor Controls
Vessels are microprocessor-controlled for accurate and repeatable
sterilization performance, including the flexibility to run
"canned" or "customized" sterilization cycles.

Products can now be released after the completion of aeration
without the need to perform sterility testing.
