Document Control Clerk

Candidate is responsible for all aspects of the control and maintenance of documentation that is managed within the Company Wide Documentation System. Assist in the management of the business initiative of enhancing the system, process and training related to NASP.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Proficient in word and excel, computer savvy-able to work in various computer systems.
• Maintaining master copies of controlled documents, history files and obsolete documents.
• Assist in the generation, processing and filing of documentation relating to product manufacturing.
• Assist in gathering data to be reported in the monthly metrics. in MS Excel
• Work on projects related to document control and archiving of documents.
• Assure accuracy of filing and processing.
• This is not a fully comprehensive listing of job functions. Maybe required to perform other duties as assigned.
